I started blogging to keep motivated in order to reach my goals. I really enjoy fiteness, especially LES MILLS programs and i would like to get in a better shape...actually my goal is getting a six-pack for summer and , tho I'm doing quite ok in fitness, my nutrition is not always the best...so i think if I post it, it would help me being a bit more careful...and if I get to know people with the same or similar goals and problems, all the better! we can support each other!
